ROMINA POWER AND ALBANO CARRISI TO REUNITE FOR ONE CONCERT!
After two decades, Al Bano and Romina Power will reunite professionally, if not personally in Moscow. For those of you who don't know who they are, Romina (granddaughter of American screen idol Tyrone Power) and Albano were a singing duo and also a married couple. They were a huge hit in Italy, and found some minor success in neighboring countries with "Felicita", "Sempre Sempre", and "Liberta". And what does this have to do with Eurovision? They competed twice in the 1976 and 1984, achieving 7th place both times. Their marriage (not to mention their career together) ended in 1999, due to the strains of the disappearance of their daughter Ylenia, who mysteriously vanished in New Orleans around 1994. Since then, they formed their own separate somewhat successful careers.

ALL SONGS CHOSEN
Well, everybody has chosen songs. Along the way was drama from Macedonia and Belarus, and much bad English. It's a shame how most of these songs are absolute crap, but the songs that aren't trash are golden. My favorites are France, Denmark, Serbia, Cyprus. Israel and Ukraine. Let's see how it all plays down.

NOT A MILLION FOR MOLDOVA
Looks like Miss Moon isn't singing A Million, but rather, O Mie, the Romanian version. And with that we have a lot of countries sticking to their national languages. Hooray for them!

WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU, MACEDONIA?
Looks like MRT has finally lost it. They entered an awesome song, Imperija, and because some people didn't like it, they changed it. Bad decision. They changed to a song that people like even less. This year, they definitely won't qualify. Well, Belarus, you finally have someone join you in the light of disgrace.
Aliona Moon wins in Moldova
Looks like Pasha Parfeny is on Moldova's team... as the composer. 24-year-old Aliona Moo
n won with the song A Million. Nice song, but a little too repetitive for my taste. I personally would have preferred Never Fall Again (sorry girls, try again next year), but this is fine with me. Pasha should be proud of his successor and entrant.
Prediction: Will make to final, but not land in the top 10
P.S. Now that almost all of the songs have chosen (I'm looking at you, Italy), I will post the list of songs that will compete for the Eurovision crown and dignity.

Lyrics to Serbian entry: Ljubav je svuda by Moje 3
Lyrics and translation:
Latin Serbian lyrics:
On kuvaće ti kafu dok si još u krevetu
Veruj mi, veruj sestro ja ti činim uslugu
La lala lala lala lala
Da k’o da sam luda
Ljubav je svuda
Da ljubav je svuda
Malo volim, malo ne volim
Probala bih svašta sa njim
I možda vešto još nešto
English Translation:
Love, love doesn’t exist they say
They lie, you can’t be afraid when he’s here
Love is for your whole life and ever after
It will be with me, know that
I’ll ask you for years
When he cheats on you with a thousand strangers
You heart becomes fish food, know that
I’m like crazy
I want it a little, I won’t believe a little
Because I don’t know everything
That love is everywhere
I love a little, I don’t love a little
I would try everything with him
You dream, you dream the world in blue
You dream because he’s yours
Don’t listen to his lies anymore
When he kisses you, tell him to go away
I’m like crazy
I want it a little, I won’t believe a little
Because I don’t know everything
That love is everywhere
I love a little, I don’t love a little
I would try everything with him
You’ll be waiting for him every night till morning comes
He will make you coffee while you’re still in bed
Believe me, believe me sister, I’m doing you a favor
La lala lala lala lala
Yeah I’m like crazy
That love is everywhere
That love is everywhere
I love a little, I don’t love a little
I would try everything with him
And maybe something else

SAN MARINO PRESENTS SONG
A couple of hours ago, San Marino showed the world their song. Out with Valentina's bubblegum teenage look, and in with a more mature look that suits Valentina. Crisalide is a Europop song that could also be classified as a ballad. I absolutely love the fact she is singing in her native language. It's what keeps the traditional feeling alive; singing in your national language. Either way, the song is very nice and has a good chance of passing to the Final. Good luck to San Marino!
